Fun or funny???
Someone told me the other day - "U r obviously fun girl! but not so much funny!"
I wonder what's really the difference. Any idea guys??

Being funny means being weird.Being fun means being good company.
Yea may be that person thought it was fun hanging out with you but then when you started cursing, that person thought it was no longer funny LOL.
So yea, either way that thought of you being funny is what is most important [:D]

may be like - u r fun to hang out with, but you are not so funny coz u may not be laughing @ PJs :) itz a compliment, so take it and be happy :-D

Ur friend probably meant that u were fun to hang out with, chirpy,bubbly,can talk about diff stuff,etc etc.. and when he said not funny- maybe u dont have to go xtra mile to be funny...

It means you are good company, but not necessarily good in making people laugh.

Loads of difference - you know how to have a good time and people have fun hanging out with you, but this doesn't have anything with your sense of humor (totally my intepretation). Like I'm a fun girl but I'm not funny at all!

But I'm as uncertain bout funny as I was before. Some think its being weird, able to laugh, able to make others laugh, good to laugh at et etc.

Yea, that is exactly what I wanted to say. Perhaps, your dry jokes at the guy is just not his best dessert. So he is forced to say you are not funny any more.. LOL

I think ur fun means that ur good company but not necessarily a person whos funny..
You dont make them laugh like there is no tomorrow but you still give them the warm fuzzy feeling when they are with you.
